Overview
Vault by Permanent Storage is a browser-based document vault that encrypts each file on the device before upload, so the server only stores ciphertext. Users sign in with a recovery phrase rather than an email address, files are not deleted for inactivity and business plans add revocable team access keys.
Stores documents with per-file client-side encryption, signs users in with a recovery phrase instead of credentials and supports export and team access keys.
A long-term archive for sensitive documents next to everyday cloud drives, for files that must stay private and retained.
Freelancers, small firms and regulated teams that need private, long-retention document storage.
