Overview
Mailtwine is an AI email assistant from the team behind Helpmonks and Razuna. It works with Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail and IMAP accounts, sorts incoming mail, drafts replies, tracks follow-ups and routes requests, and does not send without approval by default. It is free during beta with plans to open source.
Mailtwine turns an inbox into an action list, prepares replies for approval and keeps track of messages waiting on others.
Sits behind existing email accounts as an assistant layer rather than replacing the email provider.
Individuals, founders and support, sales, operations and billing teams with busy inboxes.
