Overview
LeaseBase is property management software for independent landlords. It covers e-signed leases, online rent collection, tenant screening, maintenance and vendor tracking, state and city compliance monitoring, a tenant portal and mobile apps.
LeaseBase lets landlords run rentals end to end: list and screen tenants, sign leases, collect rent, log maintenance and get alerts on local compliance requirements.
Replaces spreadsheets and generic payment apps for small landlords who do not use a property manager.
Independent landlords and small portfolio owners who self-manage rentals.
