About ActionBox
ActionBox lets workflows ask a person for a decision, waits, and resumes on a signed callback. It includes a reviewer inbox, typed decisions, follow-up action controls, heartbeat watches for stalled jobs, a CLI, SDKs and MCP tools.
What it does
ActionBox receives approval requests from agents, scripts, cron jobs or CI/CD and routes them to reviewers on web, iPhone or Slack. Decisions can be yes or no, choices, text, numbers, ratings or forms, and every outcome comes with a signed receipt and audit trail. Watches flag silent or stalled jobs, and action controls allow bounded follow-ups such as retry or stop.

It sits between automated systems and risky actions such as deployments, refunds or data changes, adding a human checkpoint without building a custom approval UI.
