Overview
About 1Presence
1Presence is a personal assistant that remembers context across sessions, connects to services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack and Microsoft 365, records meetings and keeps its knowledge as markdown files in a user-owned vault.
What it does
1Presence handles email and calendar tasks, drafts documents and replies, records meetings into transcripts and action items, and runs scheduled routines such as a morning brief. Its memory is stored as plain markdown in a vault that is compatible with Obsidian and can live in the user's own storage. Kits provide ready setups for areas like work, health and money.
Where it fits
It sits across a person's email, calendar and work apps as a single assistant layer, and suits people who want their assistant's memory to remain portable and owned by them.
Who it suits
Professionals, creators and small teams who want a personal assistant with long-term memory they control.
